By submitting your application for a stay, you are agreeing to the Liability Waiver and Terms and Conditions of the Retreat at Phoenix Nest.

Your application for a stay will be sent to a group of Pastors in the Houston area.  They will try to award as many one-night stays as possible. Your hosts do not have any part in the awarding of the stays and do not manage the gifts that are submitted.
